You ignore the caster level requirements of feats and may craft items of a higher level than you for feats you meet the CL for. If you would not usually be able to craft the item, you must ritually craft it. This increases the craft time by 5 times the base time. Additionally, the number of Assistants needed is multiplied by 10 (minimum 10), and all equal crafters must also possess this feat. If you are crafting an item above your level, the above rules apply; in addition, you need a unit of Resonance Dust (Standard) for each Assistant and increase the base number of Assistants by 1 for each CL higher than you the item is.
