This small glass orb resembles a potion bottle filled with ground Sunstone dust suspended inside a mirrored interior. A permanent light source, such as a stone enchanted with the light cantrip, continually overcharges the Sunstone within. A small mechanism on top triggers a shattering pulse that overloads the contents, releasing a powerful burst of light.
Activation. As an action, you press the trigger to activate the device and throw it to a point within 60 feet that you can see. Upon impact, the Sun Bomb explodes in a flash of blinding light in a 15-foot radius.
Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, or become blinded until the end of your next turn. Creatures that don’t rely on sight or are already blind are unaffected.
