Beast Coordination. Flame Hounds within 30 ft. of the Houndmaster gain advantage on attacks against creatures adjacent to another hound.   Flamebound Command (Recharge 5–6). As a bonus action, the Houndmaster can command one Flame Hound to make a bite attack as a reaction.

Actions

Multiattack. The Houndmaster makes two attacks with his Branding Whip.   Branding Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d8+3 slashing damage plus 1d6 fire damage. On a failed DC 13 Constitution saving throw, the target is branded and glows with fire until the end of its next turn, giving advantage to attacks by Flame Hounds.   Net Toss (Recharge 6). The Houndmaster throws a smoldering net at a Large or smaller creature within 20 ft. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be restrained until it uses an action to escape (DC 13 Strength check).

Once a wild beast trainer of the Horde, the Houndmaster now commands flame-twisted canines bred by the Dark Shaman. Through cruel tactics and elemental brands, he unleashes packs of fire-hardened beasts with vicious coordination.
