Whenever a mortal or vampire brandishes a symbol backed by genuine faith (True Faith 1+ or Humanity 7+ for mortals), the Baali must succeed on a Resolve + Composure test (Difficulty = 3 + Faith rating) or be forced to Withdraw (same effect as Rötschreck but triggered by holiness rather than fire).   On consecrated ground, the Baali’s Blood Potency counts as 2 lower, halving their vitae per scene, and they suffer a –2 dice penalty to all discipline activations.
