Arms & Equipment

While apparently traveling light, the Matriarch carries a pristine, blued steel musket with a hard mahogany stock inlaid with intricate spider-web filigreeing in silver slung across her back. She is armored in a chain shirt that might have once been part of a full suit of plate before it was salvaged. It's still worth full value, even if the bracers are slightly warped and patches of the links are fused.
At her hip, a masterfully-crafted longsword hangs, lovingly cared-for and polished until it seems to glow with an inner light. In fact, this blessed blade will double the radius and duration of any Light Cantrip cast upon it. This is an irreplaceable gift from Calistrix's followers.
While too bulky to be carried on her person, she also possesses a small cannon fired from under her arm, forged from annealed steel and bearing the same sort of filigreed mahogany stock.

Corundas: At a glance, this vehicle appears to be a massive, chunky sculpture of a spider resting on eight girthy legs. A closer inspection reveals that it's actually highly technological, running on a self-contained store of electricity that powers its near-silent motors and can charge additional power sources. While powerful, it has trouble with rough terrain, though a pathfinding intelligence built into the machine helps mitigate that. The vehicle's status is displayed on a convenient display on the dash, with more detailed information available through voice commands. It cost a total of 1250 gold to build, and can produce six batteries at a time while maintaining 8, while providing enough efficiency to recharge twenty-seven total.

The Matriarch has access to a personal extradimensional structure consisting of a strangely featureless-yet-intimate 20-foot bedroom with an attached 30-foot storage room. A portion of this bedroom also serves as a workshop, equipped with standard metalworking tools and a workbench equipped with complicated-looking machining tools, and a small bench additionally set aside for alchemical processes.
The storage wing contains a chest full of assorted coins totalling up to 488 gold, 3 silver, and 3 copper, with a lone backpack full of equipment tucked in the corner, and a small cannon carefully leaned against the wall beside a stack of three gunpowder kegs and two crates of ammunition - one filled with pellets, and the other filled with plain shot.
Access to this structure is controlled through a device built into her prosthetic right arm, and its unstable nature means that it only truly exists while the Matriarch is inside it, outside of brief flashes triggered by emergency access devices.

Upon her actual person, the Matriarch carries a Powder Horn filled with seven doses of Black Powder on a Bandolier with a Belt Pouch containing Flint and Steel, and seven Bullets, along with a Backpack containing fifty feet of Rope, an Iron Pot, a Mess Kit, ten Torches, a Bedroll, five days of Rations, and a Waterskin - even though half of those are entirely useless to her as anything beyond comfort objects.

    Calistrix: A goddess from a destroyed world, Calistrix is a statuesque woman with fair skin, burning crimson hair, and piercing emerald eyes. She also possesses a set of massive, draconic wings, a crown of platinum horns sprouting from her skull, and a strategic covering of platinum scales vaguely resembling blades that can easily slice through flesh if touched wrong. She favors a set of ceremonial-seeming golden body chains, with an ornate greatsword slung in between her wings. She also possesses a sort of battle form - a battered, diminished form of her true divinity - that takes the shape of a human-sized dragon sheathed in scales shaped like platinum daggers. This form possesses wings, but injuries have left them broken and tattered, just as her once-magnificent crown of horns.

    While Galena isn't constructed from the most resilient of materials, it nonetheless boasts plating equivalent to leather armor, and wields a pistol hastily cobbled together from bits of junk that could be greatly improved upon.
