Dimensional Blink. When the warp stalker takes damage, it can teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space it can see as a reaction.   Phase Instinct (Level 13+): The warp stalker can become partially ethereal as a bonus action. Until the start of your next turn, it has resistance to all damage except force and psychic.

Actions

Multiattack (Level 11+): The warp stalker makes two rend attacks.   Rend. Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.Hit: 2d6 + your Wisdom modifier slashing damage. Damage increases to 3d6 at level 11, and 4d6 at level 17.   Void Pulse (Recharge 5–6): The warp stalker emits a pulse of planar energy in a 10-foot radius. Each creature other than you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or take 4d6 psychic damage and be pushed 10 feet away.

Warp stalkers are interdimensional predators, phasing in and out of reality. Their blink-and-strike tactics and eerie resilience make them elusive and deadly companions.
