Glasswings

2-level Conjuration

Casting Time 1 Action
Range Self
Duration Instantaneous
Components S

Wings of glass unfold from your back. You gain a flying speed of 30 feet. Additionally, if you are adjacent to a creature, you can give up some or all your remaining flying speed to strike it with your glass cut wings. Make a melee spell attack against the creature. On a hit, it takes 1d6 slashing damage for every 5 feet of remaining movement you gave up. Additionally, the creature’s move speed is reduced by 15 feet until the end of its next turn. The spell ends at the end of your turn, the wings shattering to glitter and fading away.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you gain additional 10 feet of flying speed for each slot above 2nd.
