The chronomancer chooses a hominid ze can see within range.   The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be locked in time for the duration. While locked, the creature is petrified and can't fall or be moved by any mean. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target. Any damage or effect that would apply to the target while stopped, instead is delayed to be applied right after this spell ends.   When Freeze ends, the creature can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, none of the effects delayed applies to it. On a fail, the creature takes all the delayed effects (and makes any saving throw, ability check, or anything that would be required by those effects).  
At higher levels: When this spell is cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the chronomancer can target on additional hominid for each slot level above 2nd. The hominids must be within 15 feet of each other when they are targeted.
