Special Maneuvers
Aimed Shot - Fire a single AP II shot with a bonus of +8 to hit before moving as an attack.
Extended Burst - Fire a 9-round burst with a negative modifier of -4 to hit as an attack. Critical failures automatically jam the weapon with this maneuver. Once this maneuver has been used, you may use it again after the end of your next turn.
Controlled Burst - Fire a 3-round AP I burst with a bonus of +4 to hit as an attack.
Special Properties
AP II on Aimed Shot and AP I on Controlled Burst
Bullpup - Suffers no disadvantage to hit when in melee range
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D8, if it is 4 or less, the weapon is jammed and requires an action point (PF2E) or bonus action (D&D 5e) to clear the jam.
The M-Felin is a bit of an enigmatic bullpup assault rifle with an absurd fire rate. It was developed shortly before the Cataclysm for Verdoyant Special Forces and allied counter-terror units. It is comically over-gassed for the intermediate cartridge, so the M-Felin has a tendency to shred less-durable cartridges and jam. The sheer volume of fire that it can get off in a single burst is what's so desirable about the weapon, more than its negative traits.
