This power allows the psionicist to reach into someone's mind and discover his greatest fear, then amplify it to the point of irrationality. You project a phantasmal image of a creature's worst fears. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for the duration. While frightened by this power, a creature is paralized in the real world.
