This defense hides the mind from psionic attack, forming a vast, featureless area that makes it harder to target the closed mind. Mind Fog attempts to hide the mind from attack, making its parts unidentifiable. Mind Fog is almost instinctual to anyone with this ability. This means it is almost always active unless canceled by the user. It is even active during sleep. When active, it counts as psychic activity. Grants the user a +2 MAC.
