I've been writing novels for decades (none published, nor have I tried to yet). Love the works of JRR Tolkien, R J Anderson, Sharon Hinck, and several other fantasy authors, so was recently inspired to write a fantasy novel series myself. In the course of thinking through the various plotlines it turned into science fantasy. I have been doing the worldbuilding already, but am glad to have a place like World Anvil to gather everything together and add a timeline to it. For now, I'm keeping my world a secret, since as writers we can be wary of story theft, but if I ever finish the series, you'll get to know what it's about.
